Behind the Brand
Dr. Sergio Canello, DVM founded Forza10 with a mission to impact the lives of pets and pet owners worldwide He is a leading foodborne illness expert and has conducted countless experiments in the area of inflammatory and autoimmune diseases related to pets.

The philosophy of Forza10 is that food intolerances and allergies are the reasons your dog has health issues. There are proteins, vegetables, and other harmful ingredients in your dog’s food that he or she is sensitive to, but you don’t know it because they are well hidden.
Forza10 focuses on transparency and being clear about everything they put into their formulas so you can ensure your pup does not react negatively to the food you feed them.

This food serves as complete nutrition for your pup and can be served by itself to give your dog all the nutrients they need. This specific brand specializes in helping dogs with digestive issues.
The food uses anchovy meal as the first ingredient and is completely grain-free, wheat free, and GMO-free.
First 5 Ingredients:
- Anchovy Meal
- Fava Beans
- Pork Meal
- Fish Oil
If we take a look at the ingredients in this formula, there is nothing that stands out to us as a “bad” component. They use real meat as the first ingredient alongside vegetables and herbs to help with your pup’s digestion. The food gets designed for sensitive stomachs and food allergies.
- Protein: 30%
- Fat: 15.6%
- Fiber 3.7%
The sensitive digestion formula has 20 reviews on Chewy with 4.7 out of 5 stars and a 97% recommendation by consumers. Many of the reviews state that their dog has a hard time eating the food and they do not typically like the flavor.
Overall, the ratings are incredibly positive with many dog owners saying the blend helped their dog with issues like Colitis and Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
- Overall: 3.5 out of 5
- Ingredients: 3.5 out of 5
- Flavor: 4 out of 5
- Packaging: 4 out of 5

This food contains a unique formula geared towards pups with bad breath, plaque, tartar, hypersalivation, and gingivitis. The claims are backed by scientific research in association with Veterinarians and studies.
First 5 Ingredients:
- Ground Rice

Unfortunately, the ingredients in this formula are not of the same quality as the previous product. We never like to see anything other than real meat used as the first ingredient and vegetable oil is considered a “bad” component because it’s usually a cheap industrial oil with no added nutritional value.
- Protein: 30%
- Fat: 11.5%
- Fiber: 4%
This food is not available for purchase on Chewy or Amazon and must be purchased directly from their website and shipped from Italy.
There are also no reviews available online other than the sponsored ones on the Forza10 website, so there is no way to verify the performance of this food brand.
That said, the reviews and reputation of the company are excellent across the board so we would recommend this food to pet parents even without seeing verified reviews.
The best way to understand dog food is to use real reviews from actual customers to determine whether the diet works. Buying dog food for specific illnesses and ailments can seem intimidating because you don’t want to give them something that may cause additional issues.
We’re going to take a look at what some customers had to say about the most popular brands of Forza10 dog food so you can help decide if switching may be the right choice for your pup.
Some of the reviews of their sensitive line of dog food almost bring a tear to your eye when you read about the stories of pet owners trying to solve issues like Colitis or Pancreatitis. Overall, the foods available for purchase on Chewy have excellent reviews of four stars or more.
Here are some reviews, positive and negative.
Suffering from Colitis
- I’ve searched for food to help my little Frenchie who suffers from colitis. After spending over 2k in Vet Care, surgery and Rx foods nothing seemed to help. The bloody stool and the pain she had each time she went potty was just heartbreaking. FINALLY, I came across this food and researched the Dr. & let me tell you THIS IS THE BEST food if you have a puppy or dog suffering from Colitis or IBS!!!! After feeding her this food for ONLY two days, I’ve seen major improvements in her stool, and she’s going potty less and much less blood!!! This food is worth every penny spent!!! I wish I had found this food sooner but so very grateful I found it when I did!!! – Chewy Customer
Love this product
- My dog had serious digestive issues and was on prescription dog food for years. A friend recommended this as a healthier alternative and it’s been fantastic! I used to have to order direct from Italy. So happy Chewy is carrying it now! – Chewy Customer
Worked better than prescription diets
- My vet put my dog on two prescription diets for her IBD, and my dog did poorly on both. I was a bit hesitant to transition cold turkey to this one, but within two days, her stools started to take form and become more solid! This one is a keeper and I am more comfortable feeding this than the vet crap. I hoped Chewy would carry the Forza 10 line purposely made for IBD and their canned food too. – Chewy Customer
Great Food – Wish my picky boy liked it.
- This food is the only one on the market I’ve seen that includes black pepper and turmeric to reduce inflammation. I have a very picky eater who has issues with digestion so I was hoping he would like this food. He liked a different line of food by the same company, but unfortunately, he is not a fan of this one. – Chewy Customer
