Preheat your oven to 275° F.
Blend the juice pulp, peanut butter, flax, and coconut oil in a food processor, high powered blender on low or in a mixer, slowly adding the oats.
After all ingredients have been added, increase speed and mix until well combined and a pliable dough has formed.
Roll out the dough and use cookie cutters or press into silicone molds.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake for about 60 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
