  • 2 cups Protein such as Chicken or Turkey and Peas
  • 1 cup Red Quinoa
  • 1 cup Fruit & Vegetables Apples, Blueberries and Butternut Squash


  • Cook until firmest Vegetables/Fruit are tender.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Toss all ingredients together.
  • Serve when cooled.


Portion into airtight container(s); can be kept in the fridge for 5 days.
